RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships matter! God himself, three in one, exists in the context of relationship. God has blessed us with both spiritual and physical relationships for our benefit and His glory and desires that people be rightly related to him, to each other and to themselves. 

MISSIONS

We are all God's children, created in His image, marred by the fall, and he desires that people from every nation, tribe, people and language be redeemed to spend eternity with Him in heaven.

SALVATION

God makes this redemption possible through the life, death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ in whom alone salvation is found.

THE FAMILY

Just as God established the church, our spiritual family, God created the natural order of marriage and that people be born and raised in families.

God is calling entire families to be involved in His church and on mission with Him in His plan for mankind's redemption. 

THE CHURCH

The church is the family of God and the visible representation of his body on the earth. Jesus loves the church as a husband loves his wife. He died for it, establishes it and is its head. God desires that new believers be gathered together and nurtured in new and existing churches.

The church is any group of believers that gathers together on a regular basis for fellowship, evangelism, ministry, discipleship and worship that is self-governing, self-sustaining and self-propagating.

CALLING

As Christians, we are called to live out the two great commandments--to love the Lord our God with all our hearts and with all our souls and with all our minds and with all our strength and to love our neighbors as ourselves.

We are further called to fulfill the great commission--to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded us.

It is not God's design for this to be done in isolation but rather within the context of the relationships provided by Him in both our physical and spiritual families.

RESOURCES

God has blessed us with resources of time, talent and treasure intended for the blessing of His people and the advancement of His kingdom.

The greater the resources, the greater the privilege of responsibility.

By humbly shepherding these resources to those in need, we believe that God changes lives, including our own.

OPERATION MATT

Operation MATT will do everything it can, empowered by God, to be an avenue through which these core values can be expressly lived out to His honor and glory.
