We work closely with two in-country pastors who are actively involved in full time ministry at their respective churches.  Pedro Juan Gonzales and Rafael Tavares have a passion for leading others to Christ and establishing churches of obedient Christ followers.  In addition, we have wonderful partners in the U.S. who help enable our ministry.  

We also cooperate with the Dominican Baptist Convention (or Cibao Baptist Association) in the planting of churches as part of THEIR comprehensive strategic plan.

"Our school sent a team in March 2018 to serve in the Dominican Republic with Operation MATT.  I cannot recommend this partnership highly enough!  From start to finish the process was easy.  The planning and communication were seamless.  Evertything was taken care of with no oversights.  Our team had  an amazing experience from the bus driver to the interpreter to the hotel to the partner church. Many of the students had sone other mission trips and absolutely loved this experience.  It was a great balance of service, worship and tourism. "
